For context, that is the Flag and Coat of Arms of Amsterdam.
The toilet is the Dutch/German shelf variety.
The bird is a cockatoo, a Parrot that has a range that includes Indonesia (that was once a Dutch colonial possession.)
Why all three were combined like this?

Well, in the Netherlands they also have toilet paper with pictures of puppies on it. So once you're done sharting on a cockatoo, you can wipe your ass on puppies.
Why is nothing centered correctly?
It's weird that it's not centered, but that's otherwise the coolest toilet I've seen. You'd have a lot of motivation to keep it clean.
