Is there a way to put a block option in the upper level menu/s? Or sidebar? (lemmy.world)

With the amount of content that I am not into seeing daily, sports, weird anime etc. It would be nice to have a quicker way to block individual instances.

Lol omg I agree with you about the weird anime/hentai!! I block one community and four more pop up the next day 😳

I think they have created a full on Lemmy instance that I wish I could just block. Word filter doesn't seem to do the job well enough!

If you tap on the three dots next to a post in your feed, you have the option to mute an entire instance. Unlike blocking, this only affects Boost. This will have to do until Lemmy supports blocking entire instances, which is supposed to be right around the corner.

How are you seeing content without being subscribed to it? It defaults to my subscribed feed and I only see content I specifically opted to see.
