I felt bad that two were missing so I made https://lemmy.ca/c/manitoba and (I'm trying to make) Saskatchewan. I can run them until some more local users want to take over :)

Reminder that the rules for lemmy.ca also apply here. See the sidebar on the homepage:
Very generous of you, added Manitoba to the list, and I'll check back if you get Saskatchewan running.
I would have done it, but I'm already trying to get a few communities running!
Yes that sounds great! I'll share an update if I can create it. Maybe there's a spam filter to prevent one person from making too many communities at once?
Just a note: none of your community links are clickable.
Edit: or maybe that's just me. I'm on Jerboa
I don't think community links work on Lemmy yet. You can link to a community on an instance, say https://lemmy.ca/c/newbrunswick but that messes things up for users on instances other than lemmy.ca.
If you're on mobile, the best way to add a community would be to go to your instance on a web browser and search for the community using the syntax I used in the post (example: [email protected])
I don't think you can browse to a community page you're not already subscribed to in Jerboa, or at least I haven't figured it out.
EDIT: It seems [any text](/c/name@instance) works, for example:
