That is some bullshit law they got there.
The whole point of striking is to attempt a balance of power and just making it “illegal” is ridiculous. What a farce.

Exactly, that's how a union shows it's strength. If they don't want them to strike then they need to compromise
but think of the children /s
-who have no teachers left and whose classrooms have no funding
They should strike to protest the law
"There's no such thing as an illegal strike, just an unsuccessful one"
Yes, please fire all 18,000 teachers for striking. I’m sure you’ll be able to find another 18,000 to replace them by the end of the school day. /s
And they'll only demand a 50% higher pay. Thats a steal considering what money the US is paying its teachers.
Right? This law is purely an attempt to intimidate. Because of teachers are fired or arrested for striking, then the state has only made the strike permanent.
It would wreck the entire economy.
Forget challenging it in court. Call their bluff. Strike.
Good. That practice needs to stop. This will help USPS as well if they win
This is state law. You’re referring to federal law with UPS.
Yes but they can use it as a platform.
That’s for sure. Doesn’t matter that it won’t survive even a conservative SCOTUS.
