Kraken asking me for where I sent the coins and my bank statement and I was told that if I don't respond within week they may lock my account.

It doesn't make sense, I already making the transfers from my own account and moreover they asking for where I sent the coins. That's stupid.

Gladly I used Monero for my most transactions, so they won't able verify or track me.

I'm already trader at Localmonero but sometimes I need to centralized exchanges to find liquidity otherwise I stay away from these exchanges.

Time to stop using centralized exchanges, 5 years ago.

The problem is that central exchanges control the price and undercut everyone.

Are you sure it's Kraken? Sounds sketchy. What business would Kraken have with a bank statement? It sounds like scam behaviour - "do this within a week or you may lose your account".

Yes I double checked the email address, it came from Kraken.

Well it is something Karen would do.

All CEX will eventually handle all KYC info to governments. It is better to not use them

Could you claim to be making them to another wallet you personally own and making transactions from there?

They asked for "screenshots of the exchanges to where the Monero transfers are sent to" (from Kraken wallet).

In general, it's a good idea to withdraw to a wallet you fully control rather than to another custodial service or exchange.

Ah well that's significantly worse than I thought
