Is it fear or necessity that creates the focus?

Here's an relevant clip: link

For full context watch videos that have "1ALL", "2ALL" and "3ALL" at the end of their titles in that order. This is the first video: https://youtu.be/GyZtYzFq4WY?si=quUWMkLywOqUJ8q3

Thanks.

Why are there downvotes? Is that talk wrong?

No idea, maybe because the clip alone doesn't say enough without context. Watch the full conference instead but bear in mind that some info may be outdated as the video is a bit old. But because it's old doesn't mean that ADHD evolved in the meantime so a lot of it is still very relevant. This is the best introduction resource on ADHD that I know.

Personally my anxiety makes it too difficult to do this. I either did it the night it got assigned or I didn’t do it at all and just panicked for four weeks

me using chatgpt to write it instead of me then edit every single part

Unironically I've used chatgpt to get me out of a creative rut. Giving myself a sentence or two or just asking it questions related to what I'm writing allows me to extrapolate whatever I need to in order to get a good essay finished.
