Hello everybody,

I want to do a present to my wife and I would buy a cross stitch book with schemes. What's a good one? Or, at least which features should have a good book? Thanks in advance

@LukeSky Well, what kind of things does she like to stitch? Funny text? Flowers? Animals?

Thanks for the suggestions. She loves to make stitches with text, little animals (especially for babies and newborn)

Yeah we'll be happy to give you plenty of recommendations but some info to go on would be helpful! Does she already stitch? What sort of subject matter does she enjoy? Does she stitch lots of little things, or does she like to sink her teeth into big projects that take months or even years? Tell us whatever scraps you've picked up from listening to her talk and we'll point you in the right direction πŸ˜„

Emma Congdon’s two books are pretty good and the patterns are nice.

I've checked Emma Congdon's books and they're perfect. Thank you so much!
