I can't seem to find any such section.

If you have open reports, they will appear in your inbox along with your messages. Summit does not have a separate view specifically for reports.

Edit: I created a test report in one of your communities so you can see what it looks like in the app.

There is a special section for reports in the app but the section is only visible if you are a moderator.
