Sorry if it has already been suggested, but I’d love to see an option to separate and display the downvotes. A little switch in the settings menu would be perfect, so people could choose if they do or do not want this displayed. It’s atm what’s keeping me from using Lemma all the time. Lemmy has been a source of informations for many interests I have and downvotes help me a lot when it comes to reading comments. If a comment has 76 upvotes and 74 downvotes, it will be displayed as (+)2 which isn’t helpful in many cases. Of course, I believe users should be able to turn this on/off at will. I know some of us don’t like seeing downvotes.

Sneak peek of the customization options that I’m working on 👀

Mind you that this is part of a bigger internal change, so it might take a bit longer before it sees the light of day (:

This is really exciting. Lemma’s been so far one of the greatest and promising app I’ve seen for Lemmy. I am also quite impressed with all the super visuals you shared to us. Looks very professional !

If I may suggest a tiny last thing (as I see a sorting option in one of your screenshots) : Lemmy content isn’t quite as rich as Reddit. Sorting by Top Last 6h is the best way I found to discover new content. That’d be amazing to see those sorting options on Lemma.

No biggie indeed, app’s looking already so nice ! Thanks for your great work

Great suggestion! I’m in the process of adding a bunch of settings, so that users can decide themselves what they want to see in post and comment items.

I’ll include the ability to customize the way that upvotes/downvotes are displayed
