As a result of the enemy's cruise missiles hitting Sevmorzavod in Sevastopol, two ships were damaged, - Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

"Tonight, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked with ten cruise missiles the S. Ordzhonikidze Ship Repair Plant in the city of Sevastopol and three unmanned boats against a squadron of Black Sea Fleet ships crossing the sea. Seven cruise missiles were shot down by anti-aircraft defense, and all unmanned boats were destroyed by the Vasyl Bykiv patrol ship boats. As a result of being hit by enemy cruise missiles, two ships under repair were damaged

According to Open source intel, a landing ship and Kilo submarine may have been hit:

Vietnam purchased six submarines for an estimated $1.8 billion dollars—a real bargain.

Seems like they're worth around $300,000,000 each. Also they're a platform for launching cruise missiles, so this might have cost the Kremlin a huge chunk of money as well as a key capability.

Which makes me think it was the main target in this attack. Russia has launched a lot of cruise missiles from the sea. Can't wait to see some more of the aftermath. The nighttime pictures & videos look pretty damning.

It would be huge. According to the Order of Battle for the Black Sea Fleet, Alrosa is the only submarine based out of Sevastopol. There are two fairly big reasons she'd be a huge prize: 1) she's fresh out of an expensive refit, so destroying her means all that money is flushed down the drain and 2) she is the only Kilo-class sub with a pump jet propulsion system, so repairing that will be costly and difficult.
