Some really interesting groups where it's hard to predict a clear favourite. The Czechs could really give Croatia a run for their money. Likewise Belgium has been waning for years and Wales has a solid team. Switzerland, Sweden and even Slovenia could all potentially qualify. Whether Denmark or Greece to the group is also completely open. Given Italy's track record of missing major tournaments recently, even Norway with its formidable strike force could potentially top that group.

I had to reread how this qualifiers were influenced by the Nations League. Turns out France, Portugal, Spain and Germany get an extra opportunity to get qualified in the playoffs of the qualifiers as they were in the last 4 of the NL
I read NL as Netherlands for a moment (sorry, force of habit). We really need a better acronym for the Nations League.
