What an ugly thing to do to Philly.

Don't let the "criminal" label make you destroy nature too.

For anybody who would ever do this; consider stealing a container instead. Semi truckers often leave them unlocked and even open to show that there's nothing to steal in them. If you steal the container itself and load your illegal trash in there, you can drop it in many locations without raising suspicion. I've even heard of it being done for drug waste so it doesn't have to be buried into the ground or thrown into rivers. (Which are often very bad charges if you get caught).

This comment is actually a great, outside the box way to combat this issue

They should put GPS trackers in bait tires to catch the people doing this.

The Gang Starts A Tire Fire

Dennis and Frank illegally dump tires in the park, not realizing they're dumping in the same spot that Charlie and Mac have been illegally dumping used motor oil. Charlie accidentally smacks Dee with a garbage can while she's telling Mac how stupid their idea is (any auto parts store will take your used oil for free), and she drops her cigarette into a pile of leaves, igniting the motor oil and tires. Everyone blames Dee for the whole thing.

But yes, joking aside I hope whoever did this has a bad time

Tangentially related, I learned that auto parts stores in Alaska are not required by law to take your used motor oil.
