As it says on the title. A website sent out a survey with written feedback and they want to know what requests for improvements are come up the most. It's not a huge amount of data and tbh I could probably just eyeball it but I'm honestly a bit curious to at least try an AI.

under whatever “fair disclosure” laws are relevant in your jurisdiction, you should probably warn your employer that you’re planning to hallucinate a response rather than analyzing the data …

I would say it's not the right tool for the job. You could put the responses in and ask it to label them for you (sentiment, etc), and output that as a CSV, then feed that into some statistics software.
