Well, the underlying software (Peertube) is, so it's a true statement. However, this website in particular seems to be a personal project by this one excentric individual. She also has this one linked on there: https://dukenukemis.cool/
Definitely not something you see all that often in the days of "clean" internet. Weird, disturbing, but I think also weirdly genuine, which has become kind of a rarity. I actually don't think this falls under irony or postirony.
This legitimately takes me back to the early days of the internet, holy god I've missed content like this. Just completely shitpost of a video, I love the "come talk to me on my website tubgurl.com!" and the "Shake it like you're beating your wife", holy fuck -- fucking hilarious.
