How poor does your diet need to be to cause bowel movement problems, obvious medical conditions aside?
I would imagine mdonalds is bad enough to do it.
Only if that's all you eat. If it's just occasionally and you otherwise eat some fiber occasionally, you'll be fine.
I've had a bowel obstruction. It's not fun. Worst pain in my life.
