Has anyone tried these this year? How is the quality compare to 2023 18yr? I had found 2022 18yr very disappointing.

With the drastic price increase, I have pause dropping $400 on a bottle that was $250.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. The last time I tried Macallan 18 was in '19 and it wasn't worth the price tag then. It's crazy to me that I can get 2 bottles of Oban 18 and have some left over.

I concur, even Glemorangie 18 is better imo that the Macallan.
