Yo, sorry to be the one that tell you guys that those tacos look like shit, please consider warming your tortillas BEFORE you put the meat in. Also if any cheese goes into tacos, it is now considered a quesadilla and it must be MELTED, preferably when warming the tortilla. I can't believe people eat them like this.

If you're gonna be a food elitist at least get ya shit straight. Queso Fresco (among other crumbly Mexican cheeses) is a not-uncommon and perfectly acceptable taco topping and it does not melt.

My only issue here is anything past the 1 minute mark of serving these and those tacos will be cold. Should have had the meat / tortillas in warmers.
