Do you guys have any recommendations where to get all the pieces of StarTrek ? Netflix nor Amazon has it in their portfolio...

Buy it on DVD or Blu-ray, it's cheaper in the long run (if you rewatch, and with Star Trek you probably will) and you don't need to live in fear that your streaming service of choice can remove shows and movies whenever they want.

Most are on paramount+ for streaming.

Personally I have all the series, and movies as physical media on DVD.

All of the Star Trek series and movies are back on Paramount+. Like you, I have series and movies on DVD. I'm saving up for the Star Trek series I don't yet have on physical media.
