As a bonus, you can time the start of The Two Towers movie on Dec 31, so that you reach the scene where Theoden says "So it begins", exactly on midight at New Year.

In second place (yes all 3 lotr movies are in 1st) is Die Hard, it's missing a couple things but really gets me in the spirit
