What an absolutely incredible show. Start to finish, just perfect. Both main events absolutely blew me away.
I could talk for paragraphs on it, but I'll just leave it at that and call it a day.

FINAL COUNTDOWN!!
That pop was amazing. I LOVE Forbidden Door. And that Omega Ospreay match was....wow.
Noooo Billie, that's the hardest part of the ring!
Daniel Garcia's dancing finally got the reaction it deserves.
You love to see it.
I can't believe Okada tapped
Yeah I was shocked too. Thought Okada was taking it for sure.
That show was out of control! From getting ELP in the pre-show all the way to Bryan Danielson tapping out Okada with a broken arm, just wow.
This Omega/Osprey match feels like the biggest thing in Wrestling right now. I know it's not, but they did a good job of making it FEEL like it is.
It's been awesome so far. And I'm really impressed by how much Osprey is willing to bleed.
That was awesome timing by Omega with that foot on the rope.
Thanks for setting up the live thread, OP!
Zero hour has been good so far. Super excited about the show.
Kinda feels weird that Swerve is the leader of ME yet he's the only one without a belt lol
Dude is so good he doesn't even need a belt
Can't argue with that. But I'd still love to see a belt around his waist at some point.
Here comes the elite pop!
Kind of an odd finish to the Sting trios match.
Yeah it felt rushed...or something. Just off.
I wonder if Darby was legit hurt, it seemed like he should have had a larger part. Same kinda goes for Sting, though, so who knows.
I couldn't tell if Darby was injured but it wouldn't surprise me. I feel like he's flirted with disaster so many times that he's due for at least one injury lol.
Sting was supposed to dodge Sammy which would explain how he came back and why Sammy stayed out of the match. Still fun. Stinger is made of some kind of shiny metal istg
Loved that big swing to dropkick combo
Is Toronto so pro Elite because Kenny Omega is from Canada or is there another reason? Just curious!
Yeah that could be part of it. And the whole Brawl Out stuff–if it isn't a work–doesn't paint Punk in the best light.
Swerve is really one of the coolest auras in AEW. just his character is so cool
I like Swerve a lot, but I really really hate his entrance song.
Absolutely agree. I really wanted him to beat Orange Cassidy for the Atlantic championship…and I like OC.
Holy shit that tiger driver looked devastating.
Yeah that looked rough lol
Super rough. I can't imagine that felt anything other than awful, and I'd be shocked if he weren't really hurt there.
Yeah they're definitely meeting again at WK
WK? I'm thinking All In at Wembley.
That's true too; I only said Wrestle Kingdom just because Danielson hasn't been to one yet (I don't think at least) and I'm sure it's on the bucket list. Maybe 2nd match at All In and then the 3rd at WK?
I have no idea why but for some reason I was thinking about Omega/Ospreay when I made that comment. You're right, there's a great chance Danielson/Okada happens at WK. We'll see about Wembley…but right now I think they're setting up Danielson vs. McGuinness for that one.
Oh no worries! Quite frankly I wouldn't mind seeing Omega/Ospreay at All In and WK just because they're that good though ;)
Now we're speaking the same language ;p lol. Yeah, they're the best of the best. It wouldn't shock me if it happens either.
I loved the show, but I'm very worried about Bryan Danielson not being able to use his right arm at the end. They treated the seizure as a work, but it was a very weird thing to do in a match.
He broke his forearm
Sounds like a broken forearm. They're saying he's out 6-8 weeks =/
That show was fucking amazing from beginning to end. AEW always delivers on PPV, but that was just next level.
Banger after banger after banger after banger after banger after banger after banger etc.
Even the Zero Hour matches before and the scrum afterwards were amazing. Wrestling fans had a feast
Anyone who still says Bryan is better than Kenny after that is kidding themselves.
"New Japan is an Indie" 😂😂😂
Athena's been so badass lately. Back in the city where her 'asskickin heel' run started.
What's the over/under on ELP throwing another dick punch? 0.5? Is that how betting works?
