Some developers find themselves in a situation were a few thousand keys are bought with credit cards and get charged back from the wholesaler.
Those keys are now out in the wild and they can put the hours in getting Steam to remove them one by one, but the chargeback from the original purchase are often resulting in fees.
Key reseller G2A has found itself the target of ire from developers again, with several taking to Twitter to say they would rather players pirate their games than buy them from G2A. ~source
TinyBuild and Lazy Bear Games found an interesting way to celebrate Punch Club crossing 300,000 units sold. They decided to dive into analysis to eveluate number of pirated copies of Punch Club. There are some interesting facts about how localization might impact piracy, and also a bunch of regional stats. ~source
