Falling from buildings and illegal invasion killed a lot of Russians in the last few years.

I wonder what they did / said to warrant this?

This could be a non political murder disguised at a political murder with the hopes that the police won't investigate.

As in "If the person fell out of a window, we better do not investigate to thoroughly"?

Yeah. That's a real possibility. I doubt the police in Russia are very interested in doing a thorough investigation in the first place, but I doubt they're going to put in any effort if they think they'll risk pissing off Putin or one of his lackeys. He could have been killed by a rival and the body dropped out of the window afterwards and it had nothing to do with politics.

That being said, Russians may just have issues with windows for some reason.. Personally, if I was Russian, I wouldn't live in a place with large windows in the first place.

Didn't work, either. One of those Russians recently lived in a bungalow and worked in an just upstairs office, but somehow fell out of a high building where he had no business to be. Putins minions are flexible in that regard.

Again, this doesn't have to be Putin's doing, but it is his fault that you can just cover up a murder by pitching the body out a window.

You'd think they'd have started installing guardrails on every roof and windowsill by now xD
