I figured out the system, poop > poop stick > rinse poop stick in bucket > repeat 2 & 3 till done > use poop stick bucket water to flush.
I don't see any sea shells in the image so maybe not accurate
I'm glad people are able to afford an amazing excrement elimination system

I like a toilet private.
I wonder if the sponge stick turned in to the toilet brush. It’s purpose changed but its relationship with the toilet remained.
Maybe old used sponge sticks were used as toilet brush.
