Honestly doesn't this sort of message actually help Democrats more than anything? Do they not realize the GOP has no chance if the voter turnout increases? Even if that circumstance might favor Trump, they'd be torn to shreds in the senate and governor races.
They might target it to specific areas. The gerrymandering software is so good this days, with access to all the data you can predict pretty accurately how any area is going to vote
