Speaking as a model designer it’s because you publish the unpublishing by sharing the unpublish-create action with the data log.

This destroys the resource by appending a resource to the resource. You are welcome.

Just crappend the bug report resource to the bug reports resource for bug resourcing. Make sure to append the bug source for the app end point to the bug report resource end point.
