A CNN flash poll showed 63% of viewers thought Harris won the debate, despite an earlier poll predicting it would be a 50-50 toss up, while a whopping 12 out of 17 voters selected by Fox News declared Harris the winner.

Loses and declares victory anyway citing cherry picked information and ignoring everything else. I think I've seen this before. His reality distortion field is weakening though. Only the truly deranged are buying it now.

Oh and "I did amazing and they cheated so I lost." Can't even keep the lie up for a full tweet.

He just decided to stop the count. Directly after the debate, like so quickly that no human could have pushed the buttons in that amount of time, several informal polls showed him winning by a lot.

I wonder how that happened (he said sarcastically).

I think he generally has a problem with live debates because everyone involved is in the same room and can respond directly and on equal footing. For this one needs at least some arguments that actually correspond to reality.

On Musk's Twitter, he doesn't need to worry about having to answer the unpleasant question why the moderators (and Harris) have repeatedly corrected his statements. He just talks about people, not to them. This is cowardly, childish and unworthy of any politician, especially a presidential candidate.

It's sad that a considerable proportion of citizens no longer seem to recognize that politics is about more than unfounded accusation and entertainment.
