I can't speak for OP; but I'm interested in exploring the entire toolbox, not just 'the official family'/what the one set of developers make.
I might recommend fileflows over tdarr- but either way some kind of similar solution is almost mandatory with the grab bag of arbitrary encodings you find out there.
Whys that?
Why would I recommend Fileflows? It was a little more user friendly in my experience without requiring pulling in configurations from other sources. I know there are repos chalk full of Tdarr settings and configs, but for simple setups and DIY I preferred the Fileflows interface. The end result is basically the same, so pick your poison.

I didnt even know about this one. Pretty awesome. Is it a drop in replacement for jellyfin and plex or different?
Most important term to research regarding arr apps is "hardlinking". Make sure you have your apps configur ed with hardlinks. Everything else is pretty easy and self explanatory.
Maybe this reddit post from two years ago can help? Or this github one? Search arr suite it comes up with a few things :)
