Was anyone also not able to recieve their free set of glyphs for the preordered tentacle tools and found a workaround?
If I go to the Black Lion Exchange guy with the tools ~~glyphs~~ in my regular bags, they don't show up in the vendor menu. I already opened a support ticket and wrote an ingame bug report, but am still looking for a solution.
Probably a Typo, but you have to exchange the tools for a new set of tools + glyphs.

Exchanged mine without problems. Are you in the right tab?
I checked all the tabs on multiple vendors. A friend of mine successfully exchanged them and we went through it by screenshare.
It's probably bugged, because I fitted my own glyphs in the tools once.
Wait preorder tools? For Janthir Wilds? I must’ve missed that that was a thing.
You got them without glyphs when you ordered the Premium or Deluxe editions. Though you couldn't buy those on Steam IIRC
