"Minnesota’s policies behind that grade include permitting virtually all public employees to unionize; requiring employers to negotiate with unions; allowing employers to automatically deduct union dues from workers’ paychecks if they want; and allowing some public sector workers like teachers to strike."
They wrote that like it's a bad thing. 'Seems like Minnesotans should be proud of that rating.
This one is. But can't we get it to an F?
Oooh... what poetic justice that would serve. The "F" could be short for "F-you greedy rich people".
Ooooh can I sort their grades from lowest to highest to figure out where I want to work?
