Regain can be downright traumatic. That said, the fact that I’ve done it once means that you can do it again.
You know what to do (CICO), you have the tools (calorie trackers and exercise), and you can remember that sensation of when the weight started really coming off. When it comes to regain, it’s just a matter of not giving up.
