Other sources are saying it's not an obligation, but an option that has a very low threshold to become an obligation.

This reporting on this deal just seems all over the place right now and I don't know what to believe.

Loan with obligation would be good but I'm concerned by the reports it's a loan with option and that we'd be covering a lot of wages.
