Labour Minister MacKinnon has announced he is imposing final binding arbitration with the CIRB (Canadian Industrial Relation Board) between the two parties.

Specifically:

Issuing Binding Arbitration
Demanding Resumption of Activities
Extending Existing Collective Agreements
