I don't buy for a second that these businesses want their substandard garbage back

I do. If it weren’t for my default of siding with consumers I’d say I wouldn’t blame businesses for not engaging refunds/RMA unless they got the faulty goods back. If for no other reason than to see how their shit is fucking up so they can fix future lines. I don’t think it’s unreasonable that if I demand my money back for a substandard/faulty product that the company request the product be returned.

To the point though, yeah, I assume these suppliers are asserting that all the refund request are fraudulent or that they’re being taken for a ride.
