I love Chikorita for so, so many reasons. Plant Dino! The fact that it typically ranks so low as one of the least-loved starters makes me love it more.

Barring that, Rowlett, my soft baby owl.

I will never be able to land on one answer for this. But here's my current mood

Chinchou! It's almost sad when it evolves into Lanturn

Goomy. There is something weirdly adorable about a tiny, barely sentient ball of snot happily pretending to be a fearsome, mighty dragon.

Sandile! It's the only Pokemon that I verbally 'aww' at every time I see its sprite or model

100% for me it's espurr. I adore espurr. It's adorable grey fluffy fur, sweet curled ears to keep its sanity, and it's large unexpressive eyes with it's neutral mouth expression is truly what sets espurr above all other pokemon. I recently played shield only to use a team of espurrs to beat the game. It was amazing being surrounded by the cute depressed barely keeping it together kittens. I wanted to be their soft spot. We kicked ass together. I love espurr.

My vote is for Snorlax. It just looks so huggable.

Some Pokémon may have cute moments, but Leafeon spends a majority of the day looking like this:

I'm gonna be a bit unorthadox, but Carkol. It's so weirdly goofy in an adorable way.

I love Eevee and all of the Eeveelutions Eeveequally.
