Are you just referring to the lack of punctuation? Agreed it makes it hard to read, but it does sound like the way he talks.

MODERATORS
No punctuation at all. Yes, he does talk in a "brain" drain mamner that is impossible to follow. This lack of punctuation exaggerates that. It doesn't need to be exaggerated. It's bad enough on it's own. Doing this is like grammatical hyperbole.
I'm trying to understand OP's concern.
