How to sign into any of the fediverse lemmy site on desktop?
It appears to continiously load at the login page after entering credentials.

Are you trying to log into other instances using your account from one?

What do you mean, could you explain further?

In my case, I created an account through the lemmy.world on mobile and tried logging into lemmy.world via desktop browser, but after entering my credentials at the login, the page continues to load endlessly - which part of that process is not done correctly?

I'm using kbin at the moment because this is the only account that appears to login in successfully via desktop

That sounds like you either didn't confirm your account with email, or like .world is having some problem.

Email has been verified so it's assumed that the issue stems from .world, but does everyone else have this issue? Or what is the work around?
This isn't the only lemmyverse account made that has an issue with logging into the site via desktop browser.
