Remember, for the GOP, tax funds exist only to be looted by political cronies… if the money is being spent on things that actually benefit taxpayers, then there is less for them to loot, which they won’t abide.

Every year governments (federal, state, local, municipal, etc) should have to release a ledger of all taxes collected and their distribution.

The organization, funded entirely by taxpayers, has collected roughly $7 million in government funding since 2017, while paying out at least $830,000 in salaries to Hill, Robinson and other members of their family, tax filings and state documents show.

That's $120k/year if it was to a single person, but it's to several. Feels like a non-story, he's clearly not getting rich off of this.

He's clearly not objective and is profiting off of taxpayers.

A rip off is a rip off even if it's not a ton of cash. 830k seems like a lot to me.

So, just to be clear, he is fighting against something that is in his financial interest to support, right?

Just to be clear, he's fighting against something he, himself, took advantage of to put himself in a better financial situation, which he'd prefer that no one else take advantage of to put themselves in a better financial situation. Exact same thing happened with his abortion. He wasn't in a position to raise a child, so he terminated the pregnancy. Now he doesn't want anyone else to have that same option.

At this point he doesn't need any more "handouts", because he's taken in $350,000 since 2021, so the gravy train is already rolling.
