A low-cal dinner I made the other night! Air fried Agedashi Tofu with Shirataki Rice, steamed broccoli and Sriracha

Crispy tofu is so good.

Not a whole lot to it! Press and cube desired amount of tofu. Mix potato or corn starch and seasonings together (I like ground ginger and garlic powder). Toss tofu to coat. Spray or coat with a small amount of oil and air fry at about 400° F until crispy. Rinse and microwave or pan fry shirataki rice. Steam or microwave broccoli. Plate, dress with soy/sriracha, enjoy!
