Since when do companies care about federal holidays? If you get Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day and July 4th off you’re amongst the lucky ones.

I've had off for both Juneteenth and Columbus Day and all federal holidays at multiple different private companies that used the Federal Holiday Schedule as their holiday schedule
It's clearly not rare if 44% of Americans are getting a work holiday on Juneteenth.
Perhaps no surprise, but Florida government employees do not get it.
Florida seems pretty stingy with the holidays overall.

Holidays are for federal employees and salaried employees. That's it. Been like that for as long as I can remember.
