Besides that you should install scanner plugins, recommended by WP, and scan once a week.
I like cloudways and siteground in that order.
Cloudways used to be good before they were bought by Digital Ocean and the whole alure of choosing your server company is out the window.
Siteground has great support though they had an issue earlier this year where sites weren't being indexed bc of something on their side. I'll have to dig up the link.
Not the cheapest but one of the best. Getflywheel.com
They're owned by WP Engine which is also a great host in its own right
Another thing. Cheap and secure can be difficult. Focus on the secure part first.
