That, and the spam texts and calls. I hit the wall with this last night, and finally got a call/text screening app. fuck that noise.

I just don't even answer my phone anymore unless I recognize the number. It's exhausting.

I was spending way too much time blocking numbers. I legit got 3-4 calls a day and about the same for texts. It seems to go in spurts though

I've noticed that spurts thing too. I'm a sole proprietor so I also get endless business loan text spam. Those also seem to go in spurts for some reason. One week I'll get two a day and then nothing for the next couple weeks.
