your best bet might be reinstalling, I had a similar problem with fallout 4. It was working one day both windows and linux but then, it didn't work on linux till I reinstalled. Pro tip don't use a repack. Get the unrepacked version from dodi because large game reoacks have a hugh chance of malfunctioning from my experience
