When you try to reconnect to the wifi, does it let you? Or does it try to connect, fail, and get listed as "Disabled" again? And if it's just your home wi-fi, who's your ISP, and are you using their modem/router?
I've been having a similar issue and haven't really found a good answer yet, but from what I've been reading, it could potentially be related to the Mac randomization.
It was listed as "disabled" in the wi-fi menu. I re-enabled it and it worked fine after. I hadn't disabled it myself. Very strange.
