I miss having a women’s community where we can post relatable memes - I haven’t found anything like that on lemmy yet. So here goes nothing!

I don't do a complete non-wash. But it makes a noticeable difference over time if once or twice a week you don't use soap. Soap washes off all the oils on your hair which causes your scalp to over-produce oil which can be unpleasant or bad.
