With women's fashion, it's an easy one with pockets and for some probably less sheer/thin or tight-fitting clothing depending on their preferences, but for men...?

I'm a tall skinny guy and I have the same problem. Want a shirt that fits around the middle? Hope you like bellybutton shirts. Want a shirt that fits across the shoulders? Hope you like wearing a giant shapeless bag.
