Can't find my Lemmy Subscribed communities in Memmy app (lemmy.world)

I just can't figure out how to navigate to this. I have a dozen subscribed communities in Lemmy World. I downloaded the Memmy app for IOS and I'm logged in using the same user id/password. But I don't see my Subscribed communities content anywhere in the app. All I see under Feed is a stream of every random topic/meme...which I have no interest in whatsoever. I just want to see my subscribed community content. What am I missing? I've tapped on all the buttons and can't get to my subscribed communities.

Help?

where in the app do you log out...i'm tapping on Manage Accounts and on Edit Account...I don't see a Log out function. Thanks for your help!
