It's cute to see that the year had a deep [and positive!] impact on Anna. And close enough to Allen to be playful with him. And... wow, the jealousy at Sheryl is visible. I was expecting a bit more reaction from the discovery that Sheryl was one of the elves from the hidden village, but I guess that she entered "courtesy mode" automatically.

I'm not spoiling anyone but the next chapters will be probably really fun to read. Also, pinging Kadath as she likes this series too.

I didn't, until you mentioned it. My sides went into orbit with the "a few corners later..."
