I don’t want to post too much and spoil for people who haven’t watched it yet, but I can’t believe the season is already over. The table settling in the final episode is great, but the almost spiteful desire to show this is its own timeline by making some very permanent decisions seems to remove some of the layers of complexity that made the original story line so good.

This season was overall better than S01 (not that that was hard to do) I'm still not a fan of such a difference from the source. I would rather have had the action in space that happened in the last episode have happened during the fall of reach. I wish they focused more on more spartan 2 teams on reach and just reach in general. Unlike other people I would have been fine with them not getting to the ring at all in this season and instead have the season end with reach getting glassed. They need to do more explaining such as the Spartan 3s. They don't make sense with how they are. They are non augmented or trained as kids so are they non augmented spartan 4s being called spartan 3s? A lot of it does not make sense but I'm still going to watch ...
