That is basically the steady-state outcome in a first-pass-the-post election system. What more would one expect?

Until our election system can better reflect the population it serves, the only real choice one will ever have is "which of these two do I dislike least?"

Understood, but in the UK we have cross party support for Ukraine. It has never wavered.
We were the first to declare support for Ukraine.
We were the first to send military aid.
Our PM.Was the first leader to visit Ukraine.
We were the first to send long-range missiles.
First to train Ukrainian troops.
First to deploy Special Forces in an 'advisory role.'
And so it continues today.

You can excuse your Fake Politicians.

It's all an American can do.
