I've been greatly enjoying this tisane lately. I enjoy the clean simplicity of it. It's just 2 ingredients. It's been refreshing in the summer heat.

In the morning, I'll drink it hot, to wake up my breathing and perk up from the brightness. In the afternoon, I'll drink it over ice as a relaxing and cooling summer beverage, indoors or outdoors.

My first experience with this tisane was unintentional. I needed just a little more in my cart to get free shipping, so I tried this one out on a whim. I'm so glad that I did.

What's your favorite tisane lately?

I love Arbor Teas! One of my favorite tisanes from them is "Holy Basil". Super different, has a quality that I can only describe as "ancient herbs", it feels like I'm being transported way back in time during a ceremony.

... cooling in the mouth and wonderfully spicy. Think of it as a blend of flavors including mint, lemons, basil, chamomile, cardamom, rosemary, and nutmeg ...

Wow, that's a powerful profile from a single plant! I'll keep it in mind next time I order.

I distinctly remember my second order from them was almost 20 different varieties in sample sizes because I just wanted to start trying their entire range of offerings, but had to stop adding more once I found myself well over the $60 free shipping!

Thank you for introducing me to this site! I'm all the way in the UK, but love all the details included, the historical use, origin, health benefits, and recipes :) it's beautiful, I could easily get lost in it. This tea sounds magical

This is one of my favorite pastimes, since they have such a large selection, I'll get a few samples of tea I haven't tried yet, and on a particular day I'll open one up to brew and read all about it while sipping on it.
